Do you provide test certifications / certifications of conformity with all items?

Yes, All of the products we supply conform to relevant requirements and are delivered complete with applicable test certifications / certificates of conformity.

Do you provide bulk discount?

Yes we are capable of supplying any quantity of our products you require, contact us for a quotation.

When will I receive my items?

You will be sent an email to confirm your order has been dispatched, all of our goods are sent next day delivery and we aim for them to be with you next day after dispatch between 9am-5pm.

Why do you have a minimum order charge?

Some of our products are sent directly from the manufacturers and we are given a minimum order charge to fulfill by that manufacturer.

Can I get around the minimum order charge?

In some cases yes, we now hold stock of most smaller slings and shackles meaning that if you give us a call or drop in we can usually avoid the minimum order charge.

I've found a product cheaper somewhere else, can you match the price or beat it?

We do our absolute best to beat all of our competitors on price, if you find one of our products cheaper elsewhere then do let us know and we will beat their price on any like for like product.

Our company is based abroad, can we still purchase at Lifting Equipment Store?

Yes, absolutely. Our export experts can provide bespoke export quotations from simple courier costs to more complex packing and shipping requirements. We pride ourselves on offering such a competitive export service and have recieved five star feedback from our clients worldwide.

Many products can now be purchased online for delivery to Western Europe, however our team is experienced in exporting products across the globe.

Do you have international representatives?

Yes, we have an ever growing list of international representitives. Currenly in Australia, U.S.A, Germany, Nigeria and Western Africa.

Should you wish to represent our products internationally we would love to hear from you.

We wish to purchase some products from you but we are based outside the UK and would like to ship them using our courier, can we do this?

Yes, we can provide a shipping quotation or you are very welcome to send your own courier to collect. Once the goods have been packed we will inform you of the weights, dimensions and any other specifics you require in order to organise transport.

How heavy is 1 ton in kilograms?

1T = 1000kg, 2T= 2000kg and so on...

Can I purchase products with 0% VAT from abroad?

Yes, we do not charge VAT on any exports outside of the UK.

Do you have a trade counter?

We have some items available for immediate collection from our warehouse, this includes webbing and round slings up to 3Tonnes, Chain Blocks up to 2Tonnes and a selection of Bow and Dee Shackles up to 5.75Tonnes. This is constantly increasing in response to customer demand. It is recommended that you call us first to ensure we have stock of the items you wish to collect.

Are you still operating as normal throughout COVID-19?

LES is classed as an essential business and will, therefore, be operating as normal (with social distancing measures) throughout COVID-19, 99% of our goods are being shipped as normal, in the unlikely event that your order is effected we will contact you to let you know your options.

We have however temporarily suspended our Click & Collect service, should you place an order for Click & Collect our team will make contact with you as soon as possible to advise your delivery cost options.
